  • Upon arrival at the election venue, the Election Observer must present a copy of the signed Election Observer Credential Letter, along with a picture ID, to the Site Supervisor or Voting Center Inspector.

Election Observer volunteers use the SignupGenius scheduling application to select the election observation types, election venues, dates, and times for observer shifts.

If you are unable to meet the scheduled date and time for your observer shift, contact a member of the Pima County Republican Party Election Integrity Team listed on the next page, and we can reschedule you for another date and time.
